Payment Policy
All orders shall be paid via Credit Card at the time of
ordering to advance your print project to be printed. Daily
Digital Imaging is unable to offer purchase orders or
net-30 terms.
Privacy Policy
Daily Digital Imaging is committed to protecting your privacy
and maintaining your trust in us. To this end, we
are providing the following information regarding our privacy
policies and practices.
All information provided by you in the course of placing
an order with us, is kept confidential, and is only shared
with Daily Digital Imaging staff and our authorized automated
credit card processing service we use. Historical
records are maintained on our secure servers so that we may
respond to any inquiries that you may have.
Your personal information is collected and stored in an
encrypted password protected, secure location that is solely
under our control. Your credit card details are only
available to our credit card processing service that we use
and are not stored in our online system.
Release of Information to Third Parties: Daily Digital
Imaging does not release or make available for sale information
to third parties.
Service Providers: Daily Digital
Imaging is not responsible for the content or privacy policies
of other vendors whose web sites you can access through our
web site.
Computer Tracking: Our servers are
not configured to collect specific information on individual
customers. We collect general information concerning
where our customers come from to reach our web site, and
we do not know anything specific about you other than what
you provide us when you place an order with us. This
general information is used internally to provide and improve
service to you.
To Unsubscribe from our E-mail Updates (Opt-Out): Each
time that you place an order with us, you can choose to not
receive notice by e-mail of product promotions offered by
Daily Digital Imaging. If you do not wish to recieve
these e-mails, simply reply to us via the same e-mail or
to
information@dailydigitalimaging.com (with REMOVE in the subject line)
and state that you wish to be removed from our list. You
may also request to be removed by mail at: Daily Digital

Changes to this Privacy Policy: This privacy policy
was last modified on May 23, 2007. Daily Digital Imaging
may revise this policy from time to time. If we make
substantial changes we will place notification on our web
site.
Shipping Policy
Print orders are processed the same day they arrive. Print
projects are completed and ready for mailing, pick up or
shipping via common carrier within 3 business days after
approval. 93% of all print projects are printed and
ready to be put in the mail or ready for pick up by common
carrier within 3 business days, however unforeseen circumstances,
equipment failure or breakdowns prevent us from guaranteeing
delivery times and dates.
Guarantee, Problems, and Cancellation Policies
Guarantee: We guarantee all print projects with a “press
proof” which has been, OK’ed, dated and signed
by you or a representative. A “press proof” is
your print project file, printed on the paper stock
that you requested on the printing press that the entire
job will be printed on so that you will know exactly what
your print project will look like.
Problems: If there is a problem with your
print project that is determined to be our error we will reprint
your print project at no charge to you. Problems with print
projects need to brought to our attention within 3 business days
of your receipt of the print project for us to act on resolving
the problem. We can not be held responsible for problems
that are determined to be you or your client’s error.
Cancellations: Unless you contact us immediately after
you have processed your shopping cart on our web site, we
may have already begun to fulfill your order. If we
have not already prepared or started on your print project
then we may be able to cancel your order at no charge. Otherwise
there is a $25 cancellation fee for any print project that
has been started. Please contact the Customer Service
Department immediately at (925) 935 – 3621 between
8:30/A. M. and 5:00/P. M. Pacific Standard Time and we will
be able to advise you of the status of your order and determine
if we are able to cancel it without charging you for time
and materials consumed in the process.
